The entertainment area features a braai area, bar counter and ample seating for a relaxed brunch and sundowner barbeque evenings – as does the enclosed balcony with a large seating table.
Walking down to the beach for the more adventurous, provides a sense of freedom in very safe surrounds. Two ocean facing restaurants are situated in the immediate vicinity.
The home has a spacious double, lock-up garage and laundry facilities. Cleaning can be arranged separately at a cost. No cleaning available on weekends and public holidays.
